CHATTANOOGA, May 23rd, 2022 — The Roman Healthcare Group, LLC, the number one Infection Prevention and Healthcare Quality recruitment firm in America, is pleased to announce the placement of Gaelle Diallo MPH, BSN, ICRA, CIC, as the Director of Infection Prevention for Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in Rockville, MD.
Gaelle is a board-certified Infection Prevention and Control nurse that has more than ten years of experience. She has experience serving in acute care hospitals as well as for State Public Health Departments. During her time as a Preventionist, Gaelle developed system-wide surveillance plans, provided guidance for CMS survey preparation, onboarded/educated new Infection Preventionist as well as numerous other accomplishments. Gaelle’s most recent role was as an Infection Control and Epidemiology Consultant for the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
