CHATTANOOGA, OCTOBER 12, 2020 — The Roman Healthcare Group, LLC, the number one Infection Prevention and Healthcare Quality recruitment firm in America, is pleased to announce the placement of Emily Heenan, MSN, BSN, BS, RN, CIC, as the System Director of Infection Prevention for Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in North Carolina.
Emily is a master’s prepared infection prevention leader who is experienced in managing infection prevention and control programs, mentoring successful teams, and creating vital initiatives with long lasting impacts. She is an expert in state and local regulations, Joint Commission infection prevention standards, and OSHA. She brings substantial experience providing mentorship and training to new infection preventionists. Emily is recognized for outstanding work through promotions and external accreditations.
