Three hospital full service, acute care system

RN, Master's Degree required

About the Position:

With oversight of three hospitals within a large system, the Director reports up to the VP/CMO and is responsible for the overall operation and administration of Quality, Patient Safety, Medical Staff Peer Review, Infection Control, and Regulatory Affairs including Accreditation Services, Quality and Safety Accreditation programs and Regulatory Quality and Safety Analytics. A demonstrated strength in leadership and the ability to problem solve are mandatory as well as experience in conducting complex compliance investigations. Leadership experience in Massachusetts is preferred due to regulatory affairs. RN and Master’s degree in a related field are required and a CPHQ is preferred.
