The Candidate Development Representative is responsible for identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels, including internal tools, internet research, and cold call recruitment, and assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility, as well as conducting confidential interviews, and checking references when required.
Responsible for partnering with the Account Manager and the client when necessary to gain a clear view of the client objectives and hiring needs.
Responsible for devising and carrying out a targeted research strategy, including research into client companies, location, and market.
Responsible for tracking and identifying prospective candidates through a variety of channels, and appropriately coding, matching, and logging activities within the applicant tracking system.
Responsible for assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility with the client organization.
Responsible for presenting qualified and interested shortlisted candidates and providing detailed profile summaries.
Responsible for networking and building long-lasting relationships with current and prospective candidates.
Responsible for researching and developing recruiting leads.
Responsible for meeting cold call, presentation, and sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
