About the Position:

The Director of Quality Position at Baptist Health System in Louisville, Kentucky will lead a team of 27 FTE’s in multiple departments. This comprehensive leadership position will be filled by a collaborative leader who is accustomed to working in an inclusive environment. The successful candidate will also work with limited supervision and must hit the ground running. Leads departments including: Sepsis, Accreditation, Quality Data, Clinical Outcomes and others.

Required Qualifications:

CPHQ preferred
Master’s degree within five years
3-5 years of leadership experience
Strong knowledge of state regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, data management systems and performance improvement methodologies
