About the Position
Reporting directly to the hospital President, the Director of Quality and Safety partners with hospital and medical staff leadership in the development, measurement, and oversight of a comprehensive quality management, performance improvement, medical peer review, and patient safety programs. Facilitates performance improvement activities, acts as resource person, and ensures compliance with regulatory body surveys.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
5-10 years of healthcare administration experience in a hospital setting
