500 bed Level II Trauma, Acute care facility

RN, Master's Degree required

About the Position:

With oversight of Outcomes Management, Accreditation, Performance Improvement, Risk Management, Infection Prevention, Patient Safety, Clinical Informatics, Patient Grievances, and Policies/Procedures, the Director of Quality and Accreditation has around 8 direct reports. Multiple committee oversight and a “teaching leader” mentality is crucial. TJC experience is highly valued, as well as public reporting, FPPE/OPPE, Leapfrog, and hands-on CMS experience.

Required Qualifications:

RN required
Master’s degree required
TJC Accreditation experience required
5+ years clinical experience
3+ years management experience
