About the Position:
The number one hospital system Northern Indiana, is seeking an Executive Director to lead their Quality Department. This successful candidate will be able to lead a team of professionals in HC Quality, oversee Infection Prevention, Risk, accreditation and regulatory and med staff services. Overall, this leader will oversee 3 Departments with 20+ FTEs. The leader must be dynamic, inclusive and know how to apply their knowledge with respect to their team members.
Under the administrative direction of the Executive Director, ensures compliance with regulatory agencies impacting patient care in an acute healthcare facility; has full responsibility for quality and performance improvement across the hospital organization. Responsible for comprehensive performance measurement and improvement activities that include publicly reported measures, facility-wide quality reviews, patient safety activities, infection control, risk, and regulatory compliance with federal, state and the Joint Commission standards. Contributes to the company’s mission and vision by working with leaders across the network of hospitals to support and coordinate performance improvement and regulatory activities.

The 400 bed hospital and level II adult and pediatric trauma center has been serving the local community for over 100 years. A certified comprehensive stroke center, cancer program, breast center, bariatric surgery center, and heart transplant program are just a few of the highlights of this high level medical center.
