About the Position
The Roman Healthcare Group is searching a Manager of Accreditation and Licensure for a 400 bed hospital in Stockton, CA. The Manager will be responsible for developing the Performance Improvement program and ensuring the facility is in compliance with all standards and regulations, including TJC, state, and federal. The Manager will be the primary point of contact for survey readiness improvement. This is an opportunity to build and guide a program within a large and successful organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in a healthcare-related field
- Two years experience in healthcare outcomes and performance improvement initiatives
