225 bed Acute Care Teaching Hospital, Level I Trauma

RN Required, 10 years of QA/PI experience required

About the Position:

Leading hospital in the Phoenix area seeking Director of Quality. Strong Accreditation and regulatory skills and background are a must. This leader must have experience overseeing all aspects of Quality Management including: Performance Improvement, Risk Management, Medical Staff Quality, Infection Prevention, and Patient Safety. This role will drive patient safety and activities related to accreditation. This position will oversee several departments and must have strong leadership and management skills.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, RN
CPHQ within 1 year of hire
5 Years of Quality Director experience
Minimum of 10 years experience in QA/PI

A 225 bed Acute Care Teaching Hospital, part of an 80 hospital system, with a Level I Trauma Center. Comprehensive stroke center, chest pain accredited, and has received many notable awards from national organizations including Gold Plus and Target Stroke; Honor Roll Awards from the American Heart and American Stroke Association; Top 50 Cardiovascular Hospital by Truven Health Analytics.
