RN/Clinical background and 7+ years experience required.

About the Position:

Acute care hospital in historic Lewisburg seeks a Director of Quality and Regulatory Compliance.  This position will oversee hospital wide Quality, Peer Review, Medical Staff, Accreditation, and Risk Management. Under the leadership of the CEO with a dotted line to the CNO, the successful candidate will have experience in hands-on Risk Management and previous supervision of Quality departments. The Director of Quality also serves as the Patient Safety/Risk Manager and should have experience in RCAs and FMEAs.

Required Qualifications:

RN or clinical background required
7-10 years of experience in the field
CPHQ preferred
Supervisor or higher level Acute care quality experience
Accreditation experience

A 130 bed short term acute care teaching hospital, part of a 100 hospital system, with inpatient and outpatient care, emergency services, surgical care, and diagnostic services.
