THE ROMAN HEALTHCARE GROUP PLACES JENNIFER BOE AT VALLEY CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL
CHATTANOOGA, JULY 12, 2021 — The Roman Healthcare Group, LLC, the number one Infection Prevention and Healthcare Quality recruitment firm in America, is pleased to announce the placement of Jennifer Boe, BSN, BS, CIC, RN, as a Manager of Infection Prevention at Valley Children’s Hospital in Madera, CA.
Jennifer is a passionate pediatric infection prevention leader. She has been working in Infection Prevention since 2012 and has had a huge positive impact on hand hygiene compliance. She has successfully led initiatives during major illnesses including ebola, measles, and COVID through preparedness and response plans. She is excited to start this new position where she will be able to forge, lead, and motivate an outstanding team.
Roman’s search team was led by Greg Musto, CEO and Infection Prevention practice leader. The Candidate Development search team was made up of Savannah Fraser and Kelsey Payne. They worked together with Account Manager Greg Musto to make the placement.
