CHATTANOOGA, MAY 10, 2021 — The Roman Healthcare Group, LLC, the number one Infection Prevention and Healthcare Quality recruitment firm in America, is pleased to announce the placement of Michelle Franklin, MBA, BSN, RN, CPHQ, as the System Ambulatory Risk and Patient Safety Manager for SCL Health in Broomfield, CO.
Michelle is an outcomes-driven leader in quality improvement and patient safety with over 20 years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings. She is a dynamic communicator and mentor and is able to influence cultural transformation and explain complex data to a wide audience. She is skilled in maintaining survey readiness and implementing process improvement strategies to achieve organizational goals. She also brings extensive knowledge in accreditation, identifying and evaluating risk, registry management, and improving patient satisfaction.
Roman’s search team was led by Greg Musto, CEO and Infection Prevention practice leader. The Candidate Development for this assignment was done by Elizabeth Grimes. She worked together with Account Manager Greg Musto to make the placement.
