CHATTANOOGA, APRIL 5, 2021 — The Roman Healthcare Group, LLC, the number one Infection Prevention and Healthcare Quality recruitment firm in America, is pleased to announce the placement of Melissa Gallant, MSN/MHA, BSN, RN, CIC, as an Interim Infection Preventionist for Centra Southside Community Hospital in Farmville, VA.
Selma is a master’s level nurse with over 20 years of Infection Prevention experience, including 13 years of leadership experience. She is skilled in the development and oversight of educational programs, policies, and initiatives to promote safety and mitigate risk. This will be her second interim assignment and her first interim assignment with The Roman Healthcare Group.
Roman’s search team was led by Greg Musto, CEO and Infection Prevention practice leader. The Candidate Development for this assignment was done by Savannah Fraser. She worked together with Account Manager Greg Musto to make the placement.
