THE ROMAN HEALTHCARE GROUP PLACES MELISSA GALLANT AT CENTRA HEALTH
CHATTANOOGA, APRIL 5, 2021 — The Roman Healthcare Group, LLC, the number one Infection Prevention and Healthcare Quality recruitment firm in America, is pleased to announce the placement of Melissa Gallant, MSN, RN, CPN, CIC, as the Director of Infection Prevention for Centra Health in Lynchburg, VA.
Melissa is a master’s prepared registered nurse and is board certified in infection control. She is a seasoned healthcare professional with more than 15 years of experience as well as leadership experience in pediatric nursing and infection prevention. At her last role, she was able to increase the certification numbers for her department, implemented hand hygiene programs at multiple hospitals, and started a documented infection prevention onboarding competency program at multiple hospitals.
Roman’s search team was led by Greg Musto, CEO and Infection Prevention practice leader. The Candidate Development for this assignment was done by Anthony Tucker. He worked together with Account Manager Greg Musto to make the placement.
