THE ROMAN HEALTHCARE GROUP ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT OF DAN EGLI FROM HEALTHCARE QUALITY RECRUITMENT POST
CHATTANOOGA, DECEMBER 9, 2020 — The Roman Healthcare Group, LLC, announced today that Executive Search Consultant Dan Egli, Ph.D., has decided to retire effective December 31, 2020.
Egli, the firm’s longest-tenured employee, joined Roman after his previous retirement from a career in clinical psychology, and has served as a consultant for Healthcare Quality professionals since December, 2013.
“Dan has contributed seven years of experience and quirkiness to Roman,” Greg Musto, Chief Executive Officer, said in a statement. “The relationships he has built with Healthcare Quality professionals nationwide have been an invaluable asset for the organization, and I will greatly miss his contributions to the team.”
Dr. Egli’s legacy at Roman will include the firm’s strong influence on the Healthcare Quality marketplace, a partnership with the National Association for Healthcare Quality’s NAHQnext conference spanning several years, and the invaluable mentorship of younger and less-experienced associates at the firm.
With Egli’s departure, Elizabeth Grimes, Executive Search Consultant, will become the most senior recruiter on the Healthcare Quality team. Greg Musto also announced a search for an additional recruiter.
