THE ROMAN HEALTHCARE GROUP PLACES INFECTION PREVENTION MANAGER AT NEMOURS CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL
CHATTANOOGA, JANUARY 18, 2018 — The Roman Healthcare Group, LLC, the number one Infection Prevention and Healthcare Quality recruitment firm in America, is pleased to announce the placement of Melissa Royer, RN, BSN, CIC, as Infection Prevention Manager at Nemours Children’s Hospital in Orlando, FL. Royer has been on interim assignment at Nemours Children’s Hospital through The Roman Healthcare Group since November.
A proven Infection Prevention leader, Royer is hired permanently with Nemours after a brief, 18 month interim career, during which she successfully led two different hospitals through The Joint Commission surveys. She brings nearly three-and-a-half decades of nursing experience to the table.
Roman’s search team was led by Greg Musto, CEO and Infection Prevention practice leader, and Executive Search Consultant Joe Francis. The practice team includes Executive Search Consultant Jacob Hutcherson, and Executive Search Consultant Josh Huffman.
