The Roman Healthcare Group held their annual Company Retreat on Friday, October 14. During this time, the company came together as a whole to discuss goal setting for 2018, as well as complete several team building activities.
Included in those team building activities was a trip to Escape Experience Chattanooga, an immersive experience which is designed to encourage effective communication, collaboration, and focus on a specific task, while working diligently towards a common goal.
Half of the company participated in The Bunker experience, while the other half participated in The Inheritance experience.
