THE ROMAN HEALTHCARE GROUP PLACES INFECTION PREVENTIONIST AT CABELL HUNTINGTON HOSPITAL
CHATTANOOGA, DECEMBER 11, 2017 — The Roman Healthcare Group, LLC, is pleased to announce the placement of Mary Anne Barrier, RN, BSN, CIC, as the Infection Preventionist at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV. The search was completed by Roman’s Chief Executive Officer, Greg Musto, CPC, and Executive Search Consultant Josh Huffman.
Before joining Cabell Huntington Hospital, Barrier served as the Infection Control/Employee Health Manager at Lower Keys Medical Center in Key West for over six years. Prior to that, she filled a staff-level Infection Prevention role at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital in North Carolina for nearly a dozen years. She brings over three decades of total nursing experience to the table.
Cabell Huntington Hospital is a not-for-profit, regional referral center with 303 staffed beds. Located in Huntington, West Virginia, Cabell Huntington cares for patients from more than 29 counties throughout West Virginia, eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio. Opened in 1956, it is also a teaching hospital and is affiliated with Marshall University Schools of Medicine and Nursing.
