It’s been a big year for The Roman Healthcare Group, which relocated its headquarters to from Dalton, GA, to Chattanooga, TN in September.
On Friday, November 11, Roman took to the roof of the new headquarters to celebrate its eighth birthday and showcase its new office space with and for some of the company’s closest friends and allies from the past eight years.
Over the past 18 months, the team at Roman has grown from five to 11, the company has nearly tripled its annual billing, and it has firmly entrenched itself as the #1 recruiting firm in the nation for Infection Prevention and Quality Services positions in acute care hospitals.
In September, Roman relocated its corporate headquarters from The Landmark Building in Dalton, GA, to ninth floor of The Edney Innovation Center in Chattanooga, TN.
The Edney Innovation Center, known as the front door of Chattanooga’s Innovation District, is an 11 floor building designed to allow startup companies to accelerate, grow, and thrive.
Roman’s new corporate headquarters are comprised of individual, glass-walled offices to allow for both focus and an open workspace that encourages collaboration and the critical communal genius that has allowed the company to grow so much over the past eight years.
CEO Greg Musto addressed the crowd of nearly 70 people Friday night and highlighted the contributions of a few, including Employee Number One, Tim Owens, who was present.
“Tim did more for this company than I can say,” Musto said of the retired administrator. “He built the infrastructure that has allowed us to have the success we’ve seen, and I will be forever grateful to him for his efforts.”
